The Wetlands has a 100% Refund Policy and Will honor all Legitimate refund requests.......HOWEVER, if you are Demanding a refund and our Log Files indicate that you have accessed the "members" area, the following will happen-

You WILL be given a refund and your name, address, card #, phone etc, is then entered into a GLOBAL Negative Database, Once you are entered into this database you will be FOREVER prohibited from EVER making ANY Type of Internet transaction again. All internet billing companies utilize  this Database and once entered your info is permanently irreversibly logged.

Your Credit Card Company will then receive copies of our Log files that will reveal that access was granted BUT the card holder withheld Payment. This will be Automatically entered on you TRW (credit report) and your Charge Privileges will go into "probationary" Status.

If you are Demanding a refund and our Log Files indicate that you have accessed the "members" area, and you are claiming that Somebody (usually a Child) has used your credit card without authorization, the following will happen-

You WILL be given a refund and your name, address, card #, phone etc, is then entered into a GLOBAL Negative Database, Once you are entered into this database you will be FOREVER prohibited from EVER making ANY Type of Internet transaction again. All internet billing companies utilize the this Database and once entered you info is permanently irreversibly logged.

Your Credit Card Company will then receive copies of our Log files that will reveal that access was granted BUT the card holder withheld Payment. This will be Automatically entered on you TRW as a Suspect for Credit Card Fraud.

In addition to this our Log Files will be forwarded to Internet Crimes Division the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Interpol and you will be ask to provide the name of the individual (yes even if it's your kid) and charges will be brought against that individual for "Online Fraud" If their investigation reveals that YOU are Still in FULL Possession of your credit card at the time of the investigation it will be YOU that is charged with Internet Fraud.

To Date the WETLANDS has SUCCESSFULLY aided in the prosecution of 49 Individuals for Online Fraud.
